  • Funding method (card, bank transfer, etc.)

We display all fees and exchange rates transparently before you confirm a transaction.

Once confirmed, the rate and fees are final and cannot be changed.


7. Transfer Limits

We may apply limits on:

  • Daily/Monthly sending amounts

  • Account funding methods

  • Number of transfers

  • Recipients per user

Limits depend on your verification level, transaction history, and regulatory requirements.


8. Processing Times

Transfer delivery times depend on:

  • Compliance checks

We strive to process transactions instantly, but delays may occur due to external factors.


9. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use M’Cube Global for:

  • Buying/selling stolen or prohibited goods

  • Acting on behalf of third parties without permission

10. App & Platform Usage

By using the M’Cube Global app or website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools

  • Interfere with system performance

We retain full ownership of all software, trademarks, and intellectual property.


11. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request cancellation before the transfer is paid out to your recipient.
A cancellation may not be possible if:

  • The transfer is already delivered

  • The recipient collected the funds

  • A cash pickup partner has released the payment

  • A mobile money wallet has been credited

Refunds (where applicable) are returned only to the original funding method.

We may suspend or close your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your activity appears suspicious

  • You fail verification checks

  • Required regulatory documentation is not provided

You may close your account anytime by contacting support.


13. Limitation of Liability

M’Cube Global is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by banks, networks, or third parties

  • Incorrect recipient details provided by you

  • Losses resulting from illegal or unauthorised use of your account

  • System interruptions due to maintenance or security checks

Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
